How do I access the system?
You need SAP GUI software to access SAP Backend to practice. Please install by downloading from internet.
Why should I get access from you?
We provide access within a fully functioning system, and provide true support to get you connected
Once I have paid, how fast can I get my connection?
Usually it takes less than one hour, and we will send your login information to the email that you have provided during checkout.
If I want to renew my ID, how do I do that?
Please just buy the same product again on monthy / year basis and dorp us an email to contact@getS4hana.com confirming your order ID and we will renew.
System Availability
Yes, the system is available all the time. It maybe down for a few hours once a month for routine maintenance, otherwise it will be available 24/7 and is limited only by your download and upload speeds. All our systems are connected to a high speed internet connection. At the same time you can send us email on support@gets4hana.com.
Do I have access to SAP_ALL access in IDES ?
Yes, you will have access to all transaction as per the module you have bought.
Can I create my own configuration, master records and transactions?
Yes, you have full access to the configuration menu and can create your own set up as you see fit. You can also create your own master data and transactions, too. This is true for all of our SAP Access plans.
Our systems contain sample data and configuration. We encourage you to create your own configuration as opposed to modifying the standard SAP configuration.
This is also sometimes know as SPRO.
How does the Remote SAP Access work?
Access to our SAP training systems is via the internet – all you need is the SAP GUI version 7 or higher. If you don’t have a GUI we will send you a download link and installation instructions.
Our system offers you access to all user and configuration transactions for all modules (except for user maintenance and basis/system administration functions). You can play & practice as much as you want, including setting up your own entities, configuration, master data and transactions.
If I forgot my password or need a password reset?
To reset you password send an email to support@gets4hana.com with the details below, if your ID is valid and has a valid subscription period, then we will reset your password and send it over to you by email. Please send us email with your UserID.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are from 9:00am to 18:00pm from Monday to Friday GMT Time – Please understand that e-mails or support on out of this hours will be responded next following opening working day.
What do I have to do after installing SAP GUI?
After you have installed SAP GUI and have the SAP login mask in front of you, then please insert the server details provided on email.
Are there special system requirements to be able to use the access. I mean does it matter if windows or mac?
There is no requirement. You can have Windows, Linux or even MAC, that makes no difference. We have SAP GUI and SAP JAVA GUI for all systems.
Do I need VPN ?
No. as of now.
